Pet Supplies Donation Drive at the Pittsboro Lodge. March 16th through April 7th, collecting supplies for Lending Paws a Hand, Inc.🐾💚

We’re hosting a Pet Supplies Donation Drive for Lending Paws a Hand, Inc. from March 16th to April 7th at Pittsboro Lodge! 🐾💚

This donation drive was brought to us by one of our amazing clients, Shelli (Ollie and Cosmo’s mom!), who is currently fostering some super adorable kitties for the rescue. We love the boys and their mom, and we’re always happy to support animal rescues doing great work in our community.

Lending Paws a Hand is an all-breed dog and cat rescue serving Lee County and surrounding areas, and we’re excited to help collect supplies to support the animals in their care.

If you’d like to donate, you can:
• Drop items in the donation box in our lobby
• Use the outdoor drop-off container during daycare drop-off times

Every donation helps provide comfort and care for animals waiting for their forever homes. 🐶🐱

We were honored to witness the monks’ walk for peace as they came through Pittsboro and passed near the Lodge. As people who care deeply for animals, we are some of Aloka’s biggest fans. While he is recovering from surgery and cannot walk alongside the monks, we were grateful to catch a glimpse of him riding in the truck and watching over them as they carried their message of peace from one city to the next. 🕊️

Friendly reminder: all clients must sign a new General Service Agreement each year, per NC Department of Agriculture requirements for off-leash programs.

🗓 Starting January 1, the 2026 General Service Agreement will be available in your Gingr account.
✅ Please sign by February 1 to ensure uninterrupted access to Lodging, Daycare, Bathing, and Training services.
🔔 Important to know:
If the agreement must be signed before your pet can be checked in for any service. (If the agreement is not signed, we will be unable to accept your pet for services.)
No major policy changes this year, but we still encourage you to read the agreement carefully before signing.

As we head into Christmas week, please take a moment to review our holiday hours above and make sure to plan accordingly. We will have modified hours on Christmas Eve (7:00 AM–1:00 PM) and will be closed on Christmas Day.

🎄 Please note: We will not be offering daycare or enrichment on days with adjusted hours or closures.🎄

While our front desk may be closed or operating on reduced hours, rest assured that our dedicated team will be on site caring for your pups as usual—feeding, playing, and providing plenty of love and attention throughout the holiday.

This past Saturday, our Chapel Hill and Pittsboro Green Beagle teams got together for a night of holiday magic, cozy chaos, and a chance to let loose before the busy season. We packed the evening with Secret Santa, an Ugly Sweater showdown, and CH Daycare Manager Tara’s landslide win for her unforgettable sweater covered in little GBL owners' dolls. As always, the staff dogs wandered around, acting like the night's true celebrities. With new teammates, great food, and drinks, the crew was beaming with that end-of-year energy, and we are so grateful to the GBL owners for making the night happen.

The highlight of the night was the annual prize wheel, which did not disappoint. Lucky winners took home gift cards, LEGO sets, speakers, PTO, self-care gift certificates, TVs, and more. We ended the night with games, lots of laughter, and a warm, fun sendoff to a great year together.🎄🐾💚
