We do not accept paypal or credit card payments. Our preferred method of payment is direct wire transfers or Cashiers Checks or Postal Money Orders.

No horses leave our property until paid in full.
Good knowledgeable homes a must! "Prices subject to change without notice" .

A $500 minimum deposit is required on purchases.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward the purchase of another horse.

Coggins & Health Certificates provided for individual horses priced over $1500.

We would rather not take payments but on our higher priced horses will consider short term payments agreed upon by buyer and seller.

We allow 30 days after committing to purchase a horse to have the horse(s) paid in full and to have the horse(s) picked up before we start charging board of $4/day.

Vet exams are welcome at the expense of the buyer.
