This photo was posted 1 day ago, just 3 days after she murdered an innocent dog. She smiles into her phone and snaps a picture as if nothing happened. Meanwhile, we're crying our eyes out and have broken hearts because of what she did. We're talking to countless people to try to find a way to make her pay. We go to sleep and wake up thinking about Ursula, yet her killer didn't give her a second thought. She killed our dog and has no remorse.
Remember this face when you review applications for a foster or adoptor for an innocent dog. This is the face of a killer, of pure evil. We cannot let her have a chance to do this again.
