This is such a cool pepper. This is One Hot Mother, which is a super hot, but what is so unique about it, it starts off purple instead of green and then slowly turns to an olive mustard color , and it finally matures as a beautiful golden color.

If you have an over abundance of cherry tomatoes, I came across a recipe on facebook that is absolutely spectacular. You dry them in the oven. What I do is, I slice them in half and put them in a bowl, pour Olive oil on them, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasonings and mix it all up really good, then spread them out on a cookie sheet seeds facing up. And then put them in the oven for 4-6 hours,at 225 degrees. They are so good. I usually end up eating a whole lot of them once they come out of the oven and then I freeze the rest. I even eat them frozen, they're good frozen, at room temperature, or fresh out of the oven. They are so addictive.It's hard to stop eating them. Those bare spots that you see are the ones that I already ate.

Honestly, I kinda hate this time of year. The temperatures dropped to a nice level and the pepper plants go crazy. My plants have exploded in the last few weeks and of course, you realize that probably 90% of all of those beautiful peppers and all of those flowers are not going to ripen before the freeze hits.. And no Luci isn't pooping she's just sitting there. 😅

Ok, So they're white and they look correct.But they sure are not mildly hot.They got a bit of a kick to them and they are not sweet. So one of those where the phenotype does not equal the genotype
