If I had a spot for haul-in appointments for PEMF, how many of my former clients would be interested? Our farm is less than 1 mile from I-5 in Castle Rock and can accommodate large rigs up to 30’.
I am also curious about our local need for a lay-up facility for long-term rehabilitation for equines. From open wound care to in-hand rehabilitative exercises with regular visits from various body workers and a chiropractor. Full care option only (local grass hay, Timothy, and/or alfalfa provided) with owner provided supplements, supplemental feed, and prescriptions. Longest term of care would be 12-18 months. Rates would be variable depending on care required and length of stay but starting at $1500/month. The rehabilitation process would included veterinarian approved PEMF, in-hand exercise, daily turn-out, over sized (16x16) stalls, and mud-free shelter logics with runs. All designed with the idea that movement is essential for the healing process. Injury dependent, of course.
We are still working on property improvement, so I am gaging interest while we work and modifying accordingly. I’ve had the pleasure of rehabbing two degloving incidents over the last year or so and realized I enjoy being a hermit but miss rehabbing. 🤣
My brain still doesn’t work like it used to but I haven’t lost my ability to help a horse.
I hope everyone is well!
