🧡💛🖤 Laurel 🖤💛🧡

Today she did not hide when I went to see her. She actually came towards me on her own.

💤She is very nocturnal (I watch her on the camera)
🍫 Sweet a candy. She has maintained her disposition and still has not hissed or swatted.
🤗 Today she sat on the couch with me for 15 mins. I did get to rub her belly and touch all her paws.
🐕 seems indifferent to my dog and other cats.
💕 really starting to enjoy attention.

🍤 She has a great appetite. But still only wants to eat when no one is watching. But the other day she did allow me to pet her while she was eating her wet food.

She will be available for adoption soon. ADORE Pet Rescue

🧡💛🖤 Meet Laurel 🖤💛🧡

Laurel just arrived. She is our foster for the month of November.

While i don’t know much about her yet, here is what her first foster mom had to say.

🌷So, Laurel was supposed to be a quick TNR — get her spay, vaccines, and go right back outside to live a happy feral life.

Except… that’s not quite how it went. 😬

When Lindsey trapped her and her babies, they were covered head to toe in fleas like nothing She honestly ever seen and she just couldn’t bring herself to send her back to that life. Even though she was terrified, this sweet girl never once hissed or swatted at her.

She’s still a bit of a nervous nelly, but she’s gentle to her core and honestly so deserving of a quiet safe home where she can feel secure and loved. 🌷

She’s spayed, vaccinated, and so close to being ready for her next chapter.

If you know someone who might have a soft spot for a sweet quiet Tortie girl, send them our way. Laurel deserves her happy ending.

If a dog had to write a Thanksgiving poem, it might go like this.

He jumped on the table and wolfed down the hams.
He polished off all the potatoes and yams.
He gobbled the turkey, the gravy, and greens,
then swallowed the stuffing and all the green beans.

It’s sort of a shame, but it’s totally clear
we’re going to have to be careful next year
if we want some pie or potatoes or meat,
