I have opened an Etsy store where I’ll be listing my lotions and other items. I have created this amazing day planner that is helpful for busy moms with all your days activities and meal plan on one page. There’s even a place to write groceries for each meal to make shopping a breeze!

Sourdough hamburger buns to go with sloppy joe’s for dinner. I love cooking my family wholesome meals. These buns were started hours before this meal was cooked. Sourdough takes planning and intention. It really is a labor of love.

Natural hair care products are where it’s at and I’m never going back. I have a ton of allergies and cannot use most hair care products so I made my own. I’ve perfected my methods so the products work for me and can work for others! My hair has never been healthier.

Homemade dry shampoo for the win!

I’ve been using my homemade tallow shampoo since before Christmas. I figured I needed to give it a good test run before marketing it to the public. Shampoo bars are a mild soap and don’t contain the same PH levels store bought shampoos do. Additionally regular shampoo contains silicons and other ingredients that coat your hair. After several years of traditional shampoo use my hair went through quite the detox process which I was able to speed up with a detox hair mask.

I’m to a point now that the tallow shampoo bar is working great for me, but some days it’s like my hair is almost too shiny, is that a thing? Today I was feeling that way. It’s not oily or greasy just shiny. I grabbed my dry shampoo, applied a little to my fingers and ran them through my hair and I feel like it looks so much better! Not only that but it gives my hair the feel of having product in it to give it a little more body.

This 8oz bottle will probably last me the rest of my life, I love how it helps my hair look and feel, and I don’t even need conditioner with the shampoo bar! I call that a win!

Our body butter is back in stock! This is a blend of organic shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax, combined with healing essential oils! This stuff is amazing for everything from lip balm to cuticle cream to hand cream/lotion. Our daughter uses it when she gets rips on her hands from doing bars in gymnastics and it heals her right up.

We will be taking steers to butcher January 14. We have 4 steers remaining if anyone is interested in a half or whole. Prices are $3.50/pound plus all butcher and processing fees. A whole generally costs $2500-$3000 and a half is half of that. Steers are processed at Western Heritage in Sheridan and we take care of transportation both ways with pick up of beef in Casper. A deposit of $600 for a half and $1200 for a whole is required and becomes non refundable after the animal has been butchered. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out.
