Some of my clients already know some of this, but I am updating a few policies going forward. All to take place January 1, 2025.

First off, I am implementing a one horse surcharge of $5. This is simply to cover travel costs for single horse locations.

Second, I am going to start charging for appointment cancellations within 48 hours of our scheduled appointment. The fee for this will be half of what I would have made at your appointment.

Third and final change, if you cancel three appointments within a 12 month period, I will have to drop you as a clients. This includes any appointments that have already been canceled and rescheduled.

If you have any questions, please feel free to message me for clarification.

I am still accepting clients in certain areas so if you are in need of a farrier, please feel free to message me as well.
