Eisan x Kong litter! Long-coated puppies, a black male, and dark black/red male and female. One female might be stock coated. Parents Kong and Eisan are both imported from Europe, titled and fully health tested including hips/elbows, DM and Genetic Health Panel. Working x German show lines. - come enjoy a great time with good friends, our "E-Pup" family complete with our dogs! We will enjoy great food and relaxing time along with fun herding, playing with agility, swimming in the pond, long walks on the farm back to the stream, photography, possibly learning about other activities you can enjoy with your dog such as CGC title, trick training, weight pulling, scentwork sport, and more! I hope everyone can come - if you own an Eichenluft dog, have owned one, or are thinking about owning one - the reunion is a great place to meet the dogs and their owners!!

-Please let me know if you are coming and when, and if you are bringing food, friends, chairs, canopy, drinks etc. If you are interested in participating in the CGC testing and/or scentwork training demo on Saturday, please let me know. Sheep herding/tending will be available Friday and Saturday, possibly Sunday am if anyone is interested. Agility course will be up for anyone to try. The pond is great for swimming (for dogs) and we have mowed trails at the back of the farm through the woods to a creek with nice views of the mountains for taking dogs on long walks.
We do have farm cats, small dogs, livestock and many other dogs coming/going so dogs should remain on leash at all times.
Crates and kennels are available for dogs to take a break from the activities while their owners eat or to give their owners a break for a while. Overnight kennel can be available. Just ask Molly or Tim to show you where your dog can go in the kennel or crate in the office.

Sweet, well-bred working line male GSD 👀 for active family companion 🏠. Raised with other dogs, social, lots of socializing and training (basic obedience, scent work). Not a super high drive dog, loves to please, sweet personality. One year old, medium size, hips/elbows xrayed look very good.

Wicca is still 👀for her person! Gorgeous black female, 4 months old. Fully vaxed, super-socialized, started obedience training, crate training, house training - she loves to swim and play in water, play with her canine buddies, visit the local nursing home and thrift stores, ride in the car and meet new people! She may be a good prospect for Search/Rescue, detection/scentwork, dogsports of any kind, service K9, and wonderful active family companion!

Indigo vom Eichenluft (Bandit x Nova/Eagle) - he's been a huge part of my life for almost 14 years. Indigo, black son of Bandit and Nova, grandson of my Eagle - toothless since he wore all his teeth down to nubs relentlessly playing with logs, bricks, rocks, and his favorite indestructible ball. He couldnt have bowls or buckets in his yard because he would turn them into objects that no longer resembled bowls or buckets. Jolly balls were turned into small pieces of blue or red plastic scattered around his yard. His yard was the one with sturdy metal doghouses, and a sturdy metal stock tank for swimming and drinking (yeah he also would destroy the plastic stock tanks with happiness and glee). He gained the nickname "bucket boy" from playing with buckets tossed (by himself) over his head, running around blindly, rolling the bucket down the hill then tossing it over his head again. He always did things his way, he didnt always enjoy training (too much formal regime and too many rules) but he managed to earn his IPO title. He sired many wonderful puppies. He was like his tough, stubborn mom Nova in many ways - healthy and active to the end. Missed one meal the night before he fell asleep and didnt wake up (also doing things his way, his choice, his decision).
Indigo had started having trouble with his rear end a few months ago. He would bark when he got stuck, but he would protest when we came to help him get up. Prednisone gave him a second wind - he was getting around well again until he had another episode a couple weeks ago. He then lived in the cool kennel under fans during the day where he was cool, he was helped outside in a smaller pen for the nights where he could enjoy the coolness and get up or not as he wanted, where we could keep a closer eye on him in case he needed (not wanted) help. The other night he turned away from his dinner. The next morning he walked into the kennel for the day and fell asleep on his bed with his fan on him and didnt wake up.
This is the best way for an old dog who always wanted his own way in his own life, his own rules to be followed, his opinion respected, to go on his own terms.

Good boy Indigo. We love you and will miss you. This isnt goodbye, its See you Later, old friend.

UPDATE: Hilanda has a retirement home! Our wonderful Hilanda von Contra is retiring and is looking for a wonderful retirement "forever" home. Hilanda is a beautiful German showline female, imported from Hungary a couple years ago. She is 7 years old, will be spayed next week, already gastropexied, hips/elbows a-normal, DM Clear, Embark DNA Health panel clear. Wonderful girl - very sweet, lovely temperament, good with everyone including kids, other friendly dogs, men, strangers, even cats! Well behaved, good in the house and crate, loves long walks, play ball in the yard, settles great, low-key attitude very calm cool and collected. There are no negatives to say about Hilanda!
