I've had several people (mostly on Reddit and YouTube) question the legitimacy of The World's Largest Sea-Monkey Colony. The issue is that people often use the term Sea-Monkey for ANY brine shrimp. I don't have the world's largest brine shrimp colony, but I do have the world's largest that was created with Sea-Monkey brand packets for the salt and eggs.

I've been sharing this analogy and it seems to help: the person with the largest Nike collection has a ton of shoes, all Nike. There are likely people with larger shoe collections, but they don't have the largest Nike collection.

April is full of birthdays in our family. Today is Bowser's; he's four! He got some new bones and toys. This dog is still full of energy and will play fetch for hours. Hopefully we'll have some nice weather for that soon.
