🚨 Booking the Scoop Dog Trailer Just Got Easier! 🚨

First, we want to say THANK YOU. The number of inquiries we've received for private events, festivals, fundraisers, and community events has been incredible!

Unfortunately, with requests coming in through multiple email addresses, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other channels, we're worried that some inquiries may have slipped through the cracks. If you've reached out and haven't heard back from us, we sincerely apologize.

To help us stay organized and make sure no pup party gets missed, we've created a dedicated booking request form. Going forward, all trailer inquiries can be submitted here:

https://scoopdogcreamery.com/pages/book-the-trailer

This new system will help us respond more efficiently and keep all event requests in one place.

If you've previously reached out and never received a response, please submit a new inquiry through the form so we can make sure we get your event on our radar.

We appreciate your patience, your support, and your enthusiasm for bringing Scoop Dog to your event. We can't wait to serve more pups (and their humans) this season! 💙🐶🍦

Why not just give your dog regular ice cream? 🐶🍦

We hear it all the time: “My dog gets sick when they eat ice cream.”
That’s probably because it wasn’t made for dogs.

Most human ice cream is packed with dairy, sugar, salt, and preservatives that can upset your pup’s stomach. That’s why we created Scoop Dog Canine Creamery — ice cream made just for dogs. 🐾

✅ Made with gentle, easy-to-digest goat’s milk
✅ All-natural ingredients – nothing artificial
✅ No sugar, no salt, no preservatives – ever
✅ Specially formulated to support your dog’s health and happiness

So next time you’re tempted to share your cone, skip the belly aches and give them a treat made just for them. 🐕💙
Because they’re not just pets – they’re family.

Small business story time.

When you own a small business, every comment about your business sticks with you - both the good and the bad.

Yesterday at the Food Truck Festival, a woman stopped by our trailer and started asking questions about our products. As we were explaining what we make, a man who I assume was her husband walked up. She said, “They make all these products for dogs.”

He immediately replied, “No! We only feed our dog (fresh dog food company). We don’t give him junk.”

I started to explain that our products are actually made with healthy ingredients, but he cut me off and repeated that (fresh dog food company) was healthy. Then he physically guided his wife past our trailer before we could continue the conversation.

Now, here’s the funny thing about running a small business: out of a thousand wonderful interactions over the weekend, that’s the one that keeps replaying in your head.

Not because someone didn’t buy something. That’s okay. Not every product is for every dog or every owner.

It stuck with me because the entire reason we created Scoop Dog was to make healthy treats for dogs. Yes, they’re fun. Yes, they’re cute. But they’re also thoughtfully made with real ingredients. Even our Scoop Spirits are functional drinks designed with wellness in mind.

And if we’re being honest, it never feels great to be misunderstood.

The truth is, I’m genuinely happy that this couple cares enough about their dog to prioritize healthy nutrition. We actually love that companies like (fresh dog food company) helped start a larger conversation about pets deserving real, quality ingredients. That’s a good thing for dogs everywhere.

But healthy and fun don’t have to be opposites. A dog can enjoy a nutritious meal and a healthy treat. They can have both.

To everyone who stopped by this weekend - whether you were meeting us for the first time or you’ve been supporting us since the beginning - thank you. Your encouragement, your stories, your photos, and your trust mean more than you’ll ever know.

And a special thank you to Carole DeAngelo and her incredible team at the Observer-Reporter. Somehow you raise the bar every single year. We appreciate all the hard work that goes into creating such an amazing event.

We’ll see you all again very soon. 💙🐾 The Greater Pittsburgh Food Truck Festival
