Here we go! 🥳 Excited to be stepping into the new year with an amazing barn family, horses and clients!
Blood, sweat, a few tears, hundreds of man hours, 5 dumpsters, a hell of a team and we are MOVED! Not everyone could see the vision when I started, but we are in love with our new home. Looking forward to a week to settle in, the rest of our ponies to arrive and then jump into our fall season. ❤️ #teamcrouseeq #newchapter

3 years, more setbacks than I can count, working harder than I ever have and even then, sometimes it worked, and even more times it didn't in the ring.
What many people don't realize is that my corner is huge, and I couldn't have done it without every single one of them. My amazing coach Jodi, who has truly expanded not only my knowledge, but my love for this sport. My incredible mentor and friend Sarah. My mom who wakes up at 3am and drives 4 hours to see me ride for 10 minutes. My friends and my partner, who don't quite understand the sport but are there to cheer me on no matter what. My students, who have told me they want to be just like me, and drive me to work harder to try to be someone worthy of that sentiment. A massive team of farriers, vets, bodyworkers, saddle fitters and so many more that keep my horses in tip top shape.
There have been so many horses that have brought me here and I am so grateful for every single one I've swung my leg over. There's one that truly helped me cross this finish line and has taught me invaluable lessons in our very short time together. And that's an OTTB that has more heart than his 16.1 body can hold. Thank you Trubie for giving me your all, and to Sharon for sharing him with me.
Eventing will always be a love of mine, and I will continue to teach and train, but I have found a home in the dressage court.
My weekend isn't done yet, but I'm headed home damn proud.
I started this business going on 3 years ago as a young kid who knew how to stick it out on some very difficult horses who wanted their rider out of the tack whether from trauma, training or starting babies. I'm going to be honest, I thought I knew a lot. Little did I know there was a million times more to learn, and even today I still have leaps and bounds to go. To every client, supporter, everyone who's said a kind word and especially everyone who's been here since the beginning. Thank you for letting this kid live her dream, and I promise I will continue to show up every day to be the best rider and trainer I can be for each student and every horse.

I have had multiple people not recognize Ember and I could not be prouder of the horse she is growing into and how far we've come in such a short period of time.🖤
48 hours out from my first trial back in a year and a half. Let's get it Jazz. 👏
My girl. 🖤 Montana Canter Photography
Each video I watch of myself, including this one, I see a million things that I can improve on, especially with a developing baby.
Today I'm choosing to take a moment to say how proud I am of this girl and how much she puts into each ride. We're headed places Ember baby. 🖤
First ride back since my car accident and beyond thrilled to be back into the saddle, even though my body isn't quite 100% yet. So appreciate of the best pony taking care of me! First try of more challenging lateral work. 🖤
