Hello and welcome to “ almost” Spring!
I am opening the training season here at Redline Kennel!

First agility foundation class begins this Saturday at 1pm!

AKC Agility League is open for enrollment if anyone that is not in a team would
Like to join for the Spring/Summer season! You can reach out via DM to me, or leave comments below.

I am starting with 2 divisions of agility training.
I am starting an agility foundation class that is going to cover just about everything.
I will be Coaching:
Distance work
Jump skills
Focus forward
Targeting
Weaves- from the beginning
Running and stopped DW
Running Frame ( I won’t teach stopped frame, too hard on rhe dogs body)
Teeter work fromom start to full behavior

For teams that have all the basics down, I will
Coach advanced skills and challenges
Focus on:
Weaves entrances, exits and skills relative to today’s courses.
Contact proofing. Distance. Reliable hits and stops.

Most of the handling skills will be workshops, such as threadles and backsides and the most common side changes and thier varieties.
All the fun things that make your courses flow into perfect runs.
I will also run a few random “ clean round training” set as a one and done practice for trialing and also to push yourself to fight through a course even when something goes wrong.

I also have some fun agility games that also provide skills for either the handler or the dog…..or both!

I am looking forward to a fun filled summer in the sun ☀️, come and have some fun with your dog!!

I am also doing some Rally and Obedience classes, as well as the normal puppy classes and manners.
