This weekend we started Swift’s stopped contact aframe. I had originally wanted to teach her a running contact aframe but I just kept procrastinating on her foundational work for running contacts. She’s already 4 and I didn’t want to wait any longer to get her on the aframe. I started stopped contact groundwork things as a young puppy but never really applied it to the aframe so today was a first. She did pretty good! My biggest fear is she goes so fast and can be so spaz brained I’d hate to see her fly off the top of the aframe, so a stopped contact will also help her collect herself better.

We are super excited for fall in a few weeks! 🍂 Most importantly, excited to get out of this heat!

We live about 20 minutes away from the beach and I swear we are only ever there a few times a year. I just haaaate dealing with sand 🤣 But oh boy the dogs love it. Swifty got to go for her birthday. 💜
