If you’d like to bring your pup early, please verify with me that I am ready! Some days i have dogs booked back to back😀

Hey everyone! 🐾 I have a few quick updates regarding drop-off, pick-up, and a couple of additional fees. I just want to keep everything running smoothly and make sure every pup gets the time and attention they deserve. 🤎

Early Drop-Offs:
If you’d like to drop off early, please send me a quick text or call first to make sure I don’t already have a dog on my table. I truly don’t mind taking a pup early at all — as long as I’m not in the middle of working on another one!

Pick-Ups:
I completely understand that life happens and things pop up! I schedule my appointments back-to-back, and I usually send a message about 15–20 minutes before your pup is finished. If you’re running behind, just let me know — communication is always appreciated! 😊
If pick-up is 30 minutes or more after I’ve let you know your pup is ready, there will be a $10 late fee. At this time, I don’t have the space to kennel dogs while waiting for pick-up, so timely arrivals really help me stay on schedule.

Matted/Tangled Coats:
I’ll also be adding small fees for matted or tangled coats. If your pup is slightly matted and I’m able to brush it out, there will be an additional $5–$20 depending on size and severity. Brushing out mats can take anywhere from an extra hour to several hours, and I always want to make sure I’m giving each dog the care and comfort they need.
