Happy Halloween, everyone!

Here are a few quick tips to help keep your pets safe this Halloween:

🎃 Secure your pets:
If you’re expecting trick-or-treaters, keep your pets on a leash or in a separate room away from the front door. With all the commotion, it’s easy for them to slip out or hide somewhere hard to find.
🎃 Keep candy and decorations out of reach:
Candy, Chocolate, and festive décor can be dangerous if ingested. If you think your pet may have eaten something they shouldn’t, call your veterinarian’s emergency line for further instructions.
🎃 Be cautious with costumes:
Pet costumes can be adorable, but make sure your pet is comfortable and supervised. Costumes that are too tight or heavy can cause overheating or injury. Snap a cute photo, then let them enjoy the rest of the evening costume free!

In honor of Vet Tech week we want to tell our 2 CVTs thank you! Jackie has been with us since 2009 and Alyssa joined us this year! Both of these women provide exceptional care, and are dedicated to their patients. We are so grateful to have them as members of our staff!

Today’s pet highlight is Gussy a gorgeous english Lab. He has a unique favorite activity, going to the vet ( second only to lounging on the couch)! Whenever he hears the word he runs to the car ready to come hang out with the veterinary staff😍

We have some new receptionists!! Meet Gigi and Oscar, a pair of possums who gave Dawn and Lisa a helping paw up front. Their hard work was rewarded with grapes and lots of snuggles🩵
