Zuko, his family, and I started working together 2 years ago exactly! In the beginning he was unable to have a dog within eyesight without becoming aggressive. Unfortunately, he even bit a person while trying to get to their dog causing a lot of hardship on him and his family. Fast forward to today and Zuko, with the help of DTA and his vet, is now able to be near a dog park full of dogs and lay down and enjoy the sunshine with his momma. Important reminder that reactivity doesn't have a cure and Zuko will always have his thresholds but now he can enjoy himself more when his triggers are nearby thanks to all of the hard work his family has put into following the training plan! We are so incredibly proud of you!

We wrapped up our lessons with Mary yesterday and she blossomed from an anxious girl to such a chill and loving companion! My first appointment with her I couldn't even give eye contact without making her uncomfortable but yesterday she was loving (and slobbering😂) all over me. I never tire of seeing such amazing progress in such little time!
