At Wellness Ranch, I try to make learning fun and creative. Today, this little rancher needed to work on her spelling words. We went into the classroom and played a game with her words. Once she had them down, we went outside and she took her spelling test on the horse. I am proud to say, she nailed it and got a 100!

Wellness Ranch is all about connection. Did you know a horse can sense your apprehension, nervousness, and being scared? Just by your heartbeat. Risky felt it. He didn't want to go near her.
Once I talked it through with the client, she started to relax. So did Risky. In fact, he yawned three times. Yawning releases stress for a horse. He then took a step forward and put his head down, so the client was able to reach him and pet him all over his face. That is connection❤️. That is conquering fears❤️. That’s what Wellness Ranch is all about❤️
