They're hatching! Got 2 little babies so far. 🐣 And 4 eggs are pipped. 🥰
The thing I love most about hatching eggs is finding out what colors they are.

I was just trying to help them see better but the ones with the bows got attacked...sigh I guess they can't have nice things 🎀

Obviously the bows did not stay on long. Clearly my chickens did not want to be beautified 😂

Let me tell you about a typical morning at Stumpy Acres. ☀️

The cows greet me like gentle giants — slow, fluffy, politely waiting for breakfast, accepting chin scratches like it's their job. 🐮

The goats? By the time I get out there, one of them is already standing in the skid-steer bucket, supervising a repair he has absolutely no qualifications for, looking at me like I'm the problem. 🐐

So yes. The cows are innocent until proven guilty. The goats are guilty until proven innocent, and frankly, the evidence keeps piling up. 📑

What's the worst thing your goat has ever done? 🐐

Not the kind of popular I aspired to be as a child, but I'll take it 😅

Every evening, my fan club stampedes down the driveway like I owe them something. (It's probably snacks.) And leading the parade: Piplup, still wearing the Stick of Shame with her pink bows 🎀, utterly unashamed. The stick didn't humble her. It crowned her.

Who else is only this popular when they have snacks? 🐐 I'm just going to keep believing they actually love me. 🥹
