🐾Tri‑State Tails: Gilbert - From Healing to Zoomies

Some stories stay with us forever… and Gilbert is one of them. After spending months in foster care recovering from unimaginable trauma - being hit by a car, attacked by dogs, arriving at the shelter in heartbreaking condition - this sweet hound showed us what true resilience looks like. Gentle, grateful, endlessly loving… Gilbert won every heart he met.

And now, a few weeks after his adoption, we get to share the moment that made his foster say, “It’s just life‑changing to see their lives being changed!”

Gilbert is zooming - full‑speed, full‑joy, full‑puppy‑mode - in his own back yard with his new German Shepherd brother, Luca, and his mom cheering him on. The same boy who once fought to survive is now racing across the grass with pure happiness, tail high, ears flapping, living the life he always deserved. Welcome home, Gilbert. Keep zooming, sweet boy.

🐾Tri‑State Tails: Jazzy & Hannah - Spay Day Superstars

This week was a big milestone for two of our beautiful rescue hounds, Jazzy and Hannah - they had their spay day, and we’re celebrating with a loud “Yay for spays!” In addition to their spays, they’ll each receive much‑needed dentals and begin heartworm treatment. This is a months‑long, costly process that so many of our fosters are currently undergoing.

Because of your support, Jazzy, Hannah, and every heartworm‑positive hound in our care gets the chance to heal, feel safe, and finally experience the life they always deserved.

Both girls are adoption pending, but before they head off to their happily‑ever‑afters, they’re getting the essential care they need to start their new lives healthy and strong.
