Although tragedy hit Sabre on March 5, nothing can get a good dog down. Because of his local celebrity status, it was suggested that he get his own Facebook account, Instagram, and blog. This is a big undertaking for a little guy who does not have opposable thumbs! Ironically, Sabre came to our family from Black Dog Animal Rescue in Cheyenne, WY in June 2014. And proof that adopting older dogs can
be so rewarding (as he was 10 years young at the time). In March of 2015 he was attacked by another dog. We do not know why it happened, how it happened, or exactly what happened... but we do know Sabre is beyond that and in his life it was ancient history. This little guy has taught me so much about living in the present, valuing the important things in life, and sometimes you can see so much more without using your eyes.
