Star's Snuffles & Such

Star's Snuffles & Such Handmade snuffle mats for dogs and cats and handwoven potholders for humans. Star is a five-year-old Australian Shepherd that was used as a breeder dog.

She was rescued by Australian Shepherds Furever, a 501©3 organization, with a focus on Adopt/Rescue/Foster. The local Maine Chapter rescued Star and several of her “siblings” and their offspring and found loving homes for them all. I was fortunate to be chosen as Star’s person in December 2021. Star is very nervous and timid and finding activities that she feels safe with continues to be a challen

ge, but once she understood that the snuffle mat produced food she quickly found it enjoyable. Thus began Star’s Snuffles. And then expanded to 100% cotton handwoven potholders in two sizes.
