On September 13th 2023 and December 2023, the home and dog breeding and rescue business of Chris Wardle was burglarized. Irrefutable evidence exists that Jessica Zimmerman, Leif Zimmerman and prairie song rescue defrauded owner/operator Chris Wardle and stole animals through both burglary and fraud.
The allegations: Jessica Zimmerman known as Jesscy Dean in FB, of Prairie Song Rescue was invited to be a volunteer as a part of eight people to coordinate and care for and feed Chris Wardle's Border Collies, Livestock guardians and Montana Dog Rescue surrendered and adoptable dogs.
Jesscy Dean allegedly claimed to have power and control legally through power of attorney over Chris Wardle's breeding and rescue operations. It is clear from evidence that she presented herself as the legal authority through a non-existent Power of Attorney claim and proceeded for her own profit and fundraising to steal his animals and then manufacture a false story of hoarding and neglect. Chris Wardle has never had a single bad review or complaint in the 15-year history of his handling animals. In fact, he had a reputation for doing incredible things with dogs that needed help and support. Training working dogs was his expertise and he had saved many dogs from euthanization. Jessica Zimmerman and prairie song rescue are currently the subject of numerous lawsuits and criminal complaints including a civil suit filed by Chris Wardle. Jesscy Dean then went out and defamed him with false claims and fraudulent allegations. Some of the photos here will show you the kennels and dogs just prior to her unlawful raid which was not supported by any law enforcement agency, court order or other legal regulatory group.
