Every since this fine bull calf was born, we knew he’d be something special. How special we didn’t know. He is currently the sole survivor of our beloved departed Concealed Weapon Chex. We have struggled with a name for him, but we finally have struck upon the name that says he will carry on CW’s legacy.

I haven’t updated in a long time. I was too heartbroken. It’s been a very tough winter for us. Our prize bull Concealed Weapon Chex was shot and killed along with one of his calves. A second of his calves stollen and a third one succumbed to a winter storm. There’s been several shootings and thefts of Longhorns and other cattle in our area. Culprit yet to be apprehended. However good news! The best of the 4 bull calves, and the one we were keeping as his protégé is very strong and healthy and looks great! And we just had a new baby heifer born yesterday! ❤️

I am excited to announce that Russell Ranch, LLC will be showing our three calves for us come January! Delrena’s Wild Heart out of Russell Ranch sire Jokers Wild and RTH’s dam Queen of Hearts, RTH Rebecca’s Shooting Star out of sire TL Bulletproof and Princess Rebecca, and RTH Liberty’s Crowning Glory out of Jokers Wild and Tarahs Liberty! It’s been awhile since I posted! Our two bulls are getting all grown up! Concealed Weapons Chex is showing that horn genetics and starting to fill out! And slightly younger RTH Feeling Flashy is certainly got that beautiful Dr Feelgood conformation and showing some good horns too!
