As many of you know, during pet sits I still have commitments to my regular clients in the form of check-ins, walks, and other scheduled visits. I want to reassure everyone that the pets I’m staying with are never left for long periods, and their routine and wellbeing always remain a priority. Maintaining this balance allows me to continue providing a high level of service to ALL clients while also keeping the business running sustainably. This means I can keep showing up for you and your pets with the care, consistency, and reliability you expect.

While it’s rare, emergencies and unexpected situations do happen—whether related to client needs, pet health, or even my own wellbeing. Especially during the busy holiday season, I do everything in my power to ensure proper care is never compromised. I’m also working to bring on trusted contracted workers to help support coverage without sacrificing attention or quality. Because of the additional coordination and planning required (and to help protect my schedule and health), a 50% non-refundable deposit is now required for all bookings going forward.

I also want to mention that Exclusive 24/7 Care is something I can offer, but it isn’t always available due to the significant time commitment and the need to pause all other services. It is a premium upgrade, and the more notice given, the easier it is to arrange. If you’re interested in this level of dedicated care, please reach out early so I can do my best to accommodate it.
