This page is intended to promote adoptions through Borger Animal Shelter. It is not intended to be used to communicate with the shelter as it is run by a group of volunteers with hearts to find loving, long term homes for the shelter animals. It is not run by the City of Borger. The shelter is located at 1300 W. 3rd, Borger, Texas 79007. Ph #806-273-0973. This page is not monitored by Borger Animal

Control. The purpose of this page is to share information about animals at Borger Animal Control, and help to ensure positive outcomes for animals who find themselves at the Borger shelter. We cannot and do not guarantee the health, age, temperament, or behaviors of animals shared on this page. It is the duty of potential adopters to meet the animals at Borger Animal Control and come to their own determination regarding the animal(s) they may choose to adopt. Volunteers work hard to keep this page up to date with the best information we know. Please be patient as we work to provide information that is provided to us. For rescuers, we will do our best to facilitate information to the shelter, but cannot and do not make any guarantees to you. This is a small, rural shelter. You are encouraged to move quickly to get the animals you want out of the shelter as soon as possible. Any animal adopted or tagged by a rescue is done so at the risk of the adopter or rescue. This page disclaims any liability, and is here only to share information to help animals have a second chance at a better life.
