Join our team! We're hiring a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist!

We are looking for a compassionate and professional Veterinary Receptionist to fill our open full-time position. We would ideally prefer someone looking for a long-term position.

Responsibilities:
-Welcome & greet clients.
-Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain patient records and assist clients with bill payment.
-Provide support and answer questions clients may have.
-Maintain an organized and sanitary environment.

Qualifications:
-Communication skills are a must.
-Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
-Must be able to pay strong attention to detail.
-Must have reliable transportation.

Schedule:
-Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Thursdays 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
-40 hours per week
