The antics of Rhianna. She will purposely put the toy under the cot to play. She is certainly self entertaining and it was very hard not to laugh while filming. I have been trying to catch it and finally did.

Well, geez, what an awesome week and a great day today. Tara Rogers finished her Malinois to her Grand Championship today and on the way home I was contemplating her accomplishments and BOB wins thus far this year (not quite 5 months) Her dog Witch is now the first Malniois to have a Mondioring title and an AKC Grand Champion title. Along with that, Witch and Reina are both in the Top 25 Belgian Malinois for 2026. Witch is new Gr Ch Rock Solid Medicine Witch, and Reina is Ch StoneFox Coeur Du Chevalier. Reina is also doing some mondioring training and she is also trained in narcotics detection! Witch is related to Kensi (Ch StoneFox Criminal Investigator) a Magnum daughter and Rhianna's mother. Kensi's mother is a littermate to Witch's grandmother on her mother's side!

Second TCI done and we are home. Now we wait....It's gonna be a long 25 days. I have an ultrasound machine here but I've only used it once. I am not as good at it as Penny Winegartner is. I may have to get on the phone with her and have her help me through it again....I am so excited at this possibility. Thanks so much to Krystal Collard for coming to my house and taking care of my dogs AND helping at the dog show AND for letting Tia and me stay at her house that was only 25 minutes away from Josey Ranch. Tia and I had a very relaxing evening all by ourselves which she totally loved. She is so needy right now, she had to be cuddling in my lap for almost the whole night while we were watching TV together
Motility was good and we used two breeding units per breeding so 4 all together. Now it's prayers and hoping. I will keep everyone posted!

We had Tia’s first frozen semen breeding today and we will do another tomorrow to be sure she is well covered. Motility was great and I cannot say enough about how awesome the vets and staffs at Josey Ranch are. Tia was such a good girl and they almost all gave her treats before we left.
It will be 15 days from now that marks 4 years ago that Magnum crossed the bridge. It was difficult to keep all my emotions in check while holding Tia and I only couldn’t answer one question today without having to be quiet for a minute before I started to cry. Now for some prayers for a successful breeding and babies.

Today's Update:
Tia's Progesterone is at 15.5. Ovulation has happened. We are breeding either tomorrow and Friday or Friday and Saturday depending on how she looks when they put the endoscope in.
I am beyond excited....

Breeding is moving ahead. Tia will be rechecked again tomorrow and hopefully breeding will be done this weekend. The frozen semen is finally there....that's another story....major stress for the past 24 hours after it never got there yesterday when it was supposed to. FedEx is not my friend right now. I was about to go find the truck and get it myself....
In any event, we are getting so excited here.

Tia is finally in heat. She came in on Sunday and her first progesterone test was this morning. Getting ready to ship some pupsicle's soon so they will be here when she is ready!
