We had a private session with Liberty today. She is a 13-year-old blind dog with significant arthritis who was adopted a few months ago by the perfect family. The reason for our meeting was that Liberty tends to growl in certain situations. Imagine being in pain and not being able to see; understandably, things can be startling!

Fortunately, Liberty has a great relationship with her veterinarian. She was assessed yesterday and has been placed on a new pain medication (yay!). We are also working together to address her behavioral issues.
