Happy Mother's Day, y'all ❤️ Much love to both my two-legged Mom Angie and my fur Mom Emmy ❤️❤️
These are some of the illustrations from my Mother's Day poem in my Spring Collection book. To hear this whole poem narrated by my Mom, visit my YouTube channel (link in profile) ❤️

Mom says, “Today is Mother’s Day,”
So I wag and sit up tall.
I know this means extra kisses for her -
And treats, I hope… for all.

She smells like home and morning light,
Like coffee and soft-worn tees.
Her hands know just where my ears feel best.
She is willing to share her cheese.

But once upon a smaller me,
Before this house, this bed, this name,
There was another mom who held me close
When the world was new and strange.

She was warm and soft and gentle too,
With fur like a summer cloud.
She kept me safe, then let me go,
And I try to make her proud.

Now I have two moms in my storybook -
One who started my days, one who holds them now.
One gave me life, one gave me home,
And I love them both everyhow.

So today I lean into Mom real close,
My tail thumping soft and true.
If love is what makes a mother a mom…
Then I’m blessed - I’ve got two.
