🛑 Grooming Scheduling changes. 🛑

Earlier I had informed you that Peggy had decided to make a career change, she will be completing all of the appointments she currently has scheduled but will not be accepting any new grooming appointments moving forward. I am both sad she is leaving and excited for her new adventure.

As we make this transition, all grooming appointments will be with me. My grooming hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. To provide each pet with the individualized care and attention they deserve, I intentionally limit my schedule to no more than five grooming appointments per day.

Because of this change, I will be temporarily pausing new client grooming appointments while I work through our existing clients' schedules and determine my long-term availability. My priority is ensuring that our current clients continue to receive the level of care and consistency they've come to expect.

If you are an existing client, I encourage you to schedule your upcoming appointments as soon as possible, as my schedule fills quickly. Booking in advance will give you the best opportunity to secure the dates and times that work best for you.

As part of this transition, there will also be some changes to our boarding drop-off and pick-up hours. These adjustments will allow us to better balance the needs of the pets in our care, maintain a calm and consistent environment, and ensure we have the time and energy needed to provide the level of attention, supervision, and care each pet deserves.
Because our boarding takes place in our home, creating a healthy balance between pet care, grooming, and personal time allows us to continue offering the safe, personalized experience our clients have come to expect. Once those changes have been decided I will post them.

‼️ Important Scheduling Update ‼️

We wanted to let everyone know that, effective immediately, we will no longer be offering Saturday grooming appointments.
One of our groomers has made the exciting decision to pursue a new career path, and while we'll miss having them on our team, we wish them nothing but the best in this next chapter!

As a result, our grooming schedule will now be Monday through Friday. If you typically book on Saturdays, we encourage you to schedule your appointments in advance to ensure you get the dates and times that work best for you.
We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you for trusting us with your pets—we look forward to seeing you during the week!
