Yesterday I did a search for daisy missing from Goshen! She got out around 5pm the previous night, we decided to wait till daylight the next morning to conduct the search in hopes of finding her and making a safe successful recovery, but daisy had other plans! I lifted the drone off at 8am and by 9:45 we had daisy located and thankfully not far from home. We set up a game plan to go in and rescue daisy but at the first glance of daisys mom she decided to bolt from us. After trying a few other tactics we realized she will have to be trapped as she will not come to anyone. After keeping eyes on her from above for a majority of the day we found her favorite spots to bed and hide and snuck in to place a trap. With daisy being absolutely exhausted she slept almost the entire day and we decided to leave her be for the night and see what the next day would bring in hopes she would be more active and come to the food that was placed in the trap. Thankfully earlier today daisy makes an appearance near the trap and being very cautious it took her 10 minutes to finally build up the courage to enter the trap! She is now safe at home and I’m so happy for daisy and her family and grateful I got to be apart of this amazing recovery! This was truly a team effort between locating her with the drone and having Lisa McConnell help out setting traps and making this a success!!

Last night I got a call around 9:30pm to search for missing Audrey! It was a little bit of a drive for me but I was on site at 11:00pm. Within the first 20 minutes of getting the drone in the air we spotted Audrey living her best life swimming in the river! As the first set of batteries on the drone is getting low she decides she wants to swim across the river. As she was about 3/4 of the way across the river I had to bring the drone back home to swap out batteries. Once the drone was back in the air Audrey was once again out of site and it took me almost another hour of searching before spotting her again. Luckily the drone still had about half battery life and I was able to assist the owners to her location so we could make a safe successful recovery! It was such a thrilling and eventful search that I’ll remember for the rest of my days and I’m so glad I got to be apart of such a great reunion! Couldn’t be happier for everyone involved, it was a great night!! Video of the recovery coming soon!

What an adventure it was searching for Ryder! I was called out to Battle Creek a couple days ago to conduct an extensive search for Ryder, after 4 hours of searching we came up empty handed but not out of hope. The following day we received a sighting and I was back up to do another search! Within 5 minutes of getting the drone in the air we were able to spot Ryder walking down a two track going in and out of the thick canopy. After peeling off of the trail and disappearing from the drone I was unable to spot Ryder again that night. The following day traps were set up by Team Seether and finally captured! Couldn’t be happier for Ryder and his family as they are finally reunited!

Thermal drone search for Huxley the lost Akita. Huxley had been missing for a little over 30 hours when we finally got her spotted after 3 hours of searching. Upon a closer look I noticed she is badly caught up in a bush and is unable to move. Luckily help was on the way! As Bill approached Huxley you could tell how excited and relieved she was to finally see him and know that she will be saved! I’m so happy we found her when we did as she would’ve had no way to get food or water. A true rescue right here! Beyond happy for Huxley and bill and what a privilege it was for me to be able to be apart of it.

Video of missing cattle from a few days ago! Just as we spotted them with the drone a couple guys that were looking on foot also spotted them. We were able to keep an eye on them using the thermal camera until they made their way back into their fence!

One of the Emus I found a little over a month ago escaped again! These guys are master escape artists, but we know they can run but they can’t hide!! Took a little over an hour to find him and when we did he was over a mile away from home already. When I arrived on scene he was only missing for maybe a half hour so he covered a lot of ground very quickly! Recovery video coming shortly!✈️🌳🐣

A few photos from yesterday of the moment we spotted Lucy, when she was successfully and safely recovered, and then of all of the help and support from family and friends that were there the entire time searching for another sighting! Thank you all for your help together we were able to bring Lucy home safely before the storms arrived❤️
