📌 APPOINTMENT POLICY:
A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total balance.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit due to travel time and fuel costs.

Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay in full before booking again.

To better serve all of my clients and manage my schedule efficiently, I will now require a $10 non-refundable deposit for all dog nail trimming appointments.

This change comes after multiple last-minute cancellations and missed appointments without confirmation. As a mobile service, I travel to each client’s home, which means time, fuel, and planning are all scheduled in advance. Missed appointments not only affect my business but also take away time that could have been offered to other clients.

✨ Here’s how it works:
• A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment
• The deposit will go toward your total service cost
• Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed
• If you need to reschedule, please provide notice in advance
