Scrolling through my photos app, it’s full of photos with friends and family, house projects, and exploring the habitats around where I live. また心が満たされました。Little slices of nature found along my travels in Japan that will influence my home setups now that I’ve returned. Fortunate to have visited all of these special places and recharged my batteries during this third trip to Japan. Thank you for your support while I was away! I am working my way through the backlogs of emails and ecosystem supplies ordered while on break. Looking forward to a few new builds here in the ecosystem garage, simplifying a few things, and digging deeper on a few more concepts to bolster the resources on BettaBotanicals.com. 🍂🌿🥃 Today I am grateful for the stability that the botanical method provides to these ecosystems. As fall hits us here in the PNW, I look forward to being in these tanks more—but still letting Mother Nature take lead. The last two months have been some of the best and some of the most stressful for BB as the new website has launched, Aquascaping begins to adopt the use of leaf litter at AquaShella, new nature-minded local fish stores have dipped their toes into the botanical method joining our wholesale program, our ambassadors have built incredible new ecosystems, and much more. My cup is overflowing. I am grateful. I am tint-spired as puts it! So with that, it’s time to clean the glass, catch up on some emails and orders, address the plethora of new aquatic plants I have (new ones drop on the site this weekend), make fruit fly cultures, prep for another out of water tadpole this weekend, and try and not use ALLLLL of these new Melastoma roots in the ecosystems. Very grateful for this botanical community and the support you’ve been showing as I hit 1 year in this small business full time. 🥳
