East Lake Farm East Lake Farm is a full service Hunter/Jumper barn run by Paula Mangiaracina and is located just on the other side of St. Louis in Caseyville, Ilinois

Services include board, training, sales, lessons and shows for riders and horses of any level of experience.

Viv/Milani- .75 champion and classic winner
Taylor/Mouse- Academy champion and equitation winner
Izzy/Zhoey- Academy reserve and hack winner both days
Izzy/Mouse- Long stirrup champion and 6th place in mini derby

Love Halloween shows! We had a great time at the Silver Fox Stables Spooktacular show. Lots of champions, reserves and ribbons won along with learning and fun!

Isabella(Izzy)/Zhoe- Academy reserve Sat and Sun
Taylor/Mouse- Academy champion Sat
Colleen/Mouse- Academy champion Sun (Moriah)
Kristi/Stormi- Master's reserve champion

Summer's End show at Happenstance Farms was a success. The weather was beautiful and horses and riders performed well. The Halloween theme was also fun and enjoyed by all.
Regardless of all the ribbons, it was great to see our riders achieve and surpass the goals we set at the beginning of the year. Although the summer shows have come to an end, we look forward to the fall and winter series with new goals to accomplish. 😍
As always thanks Ellen, Kate, Irene and everyone else who makes these shows a pleasure to attend. Can't wait to return next season!

Milani was a rock star at the St. Louis Charity show. Corrie got the ride during the week because Viv had school. They had clear rounds for the blue ribbon!
Viv got to show on Sat and won a large class and got an 8th in the second class. Pretty good since they haven't shown since the beginning of July!
Unfortunately Viv was sick on Sun. so Savanna (thanks Kate and Ellen) catch rode Milani to a double clear round in the very competitive Mohjo Jumper Classic to place 6th.
We were also joined by our friend Tameron who was a class winner and reserve champion with her cute horse Pixie.
I would definitely say it was a fun week (except for the sickness) and am looking forward to the fall show season!

Had a fun and successful show at Happenstance Farms this past weekend.
Lynne/Monty - Master's champion
Izzy/Mouse- Long stirrup reserve and consistent scores in their first derby
Taylor/Mouse- Academy champion in her first show with us
Dianna- Intermediate champion and equitation class winner
Emily/Ollie- good ribbons in long stirrup. This young horse is really starting to figure it out!
Sara/Copper- good ribbons in beginner jumper
Amy/Bixby- reserve champion in poles and good results in xrails and classics
Karrington/Cherry- nice rounds and ribbons in beginner and long stirrup. Good luck at Sport Horse!
Eva/Sully- Schooling hunter Champion. Good luck at the Royal!!

East Lake Farm riders had a great time at the Happenstance Farms show this past weekend. We had some very green horses and newer riders and everyone did a nice job. So proud of everyone's performances!
Lynne/Monty won the Master's and placed 2nd in their first derby together.
Izzy/Zhoe put in nice rounds and got good ribbons in big classes.
Colleen/Mouse were reserve champion on Sat and won the classic on Sun.
Amy/Bixby were champion in the ground poles and got nice ribbons in the xrails and the classic.
Sara/Copper made their jumper debut and were champion in the beginner jumpers.
Emily/Ollie were reserve champion in the long stirrup and had some really nice rounds.
Thank you to Kate for the rides. The horses were set up beautifully. Thank you as always to Ellen and crew for hosting such a well run show.

Lamplight Summertime II is a wrap.The weather was great, we ate really well and had a blast!East Lake Farm riders brought their "A" game and the results showed. I'm so proud of both horses and riders!
Viv/Milani were champion in both their divisions along with winning a jumper classic. This is the first out of town show for this pair!
Delaney/Phoebe were champion in their division. Phoebe is a 4 yr.
old young horse at her first rated show. She couldn't have been better and learned a lot each day.
Thank you to the HITS Chicago office and gate staff for everything. You all are awesome.
Thanks also to the parents and friends who supported the horses and riders all week. We couldn't have done it without you!!
