I try to ensure I have enough of everything but some days are just a suprise.

You can also see me at the show and secure your bag early even if you don't need it until you head home.

The Bare Bones Bakery is homeless for a few hours.

Upgrading my freezer, (being delivered this afternoon), put current freezer on Facebook, thinking, eh, maybe we'll try to get it out of here.

It was gone in an hour. 😱.

So waiting on new home to get here now.

Fingers crossed 🤞: Salmon/sweet potato to join our treat line up this fall.

What goes in to making a new flavor:
➡️Find ingredients I'm willing to use
➡️Ensure they can stay in my price point (I want consistency in pricing, not different prices for different flavors).
➡️Does it bake consistently the same way?
➡️Does it give my desired texture?

After I go through all the steps of trial/error and determine I'm ready to add the flavor, then I must submit label to Dept of Ag for approval.
