I am writing to inform you that I have some new policies effective 02/26/2025 😘
‼️ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, no fee will be applied. For example, if your appointment is on Monday the 8th at 3:00 PM, you must cancel by Sunday the 7th at 3:00 PM or earlier.
‼️No-Call/No-Shows:
If you book an appointment and fail to show up or call, you will be required to pay the full price of your grooming service before rescheduling. After three no-call/no-show instances, your grooming privileges will be suspended. This is also done automatically on GlossGenius when you book online 🐶🐾
‼️Pick-Up Policy:
All pets must be picked up within 30 minutes after grooming. I strive to maintain a schedule and will call clients 30 minutes before their pet is ready. If you fail to pick up your pet within this timeframe, a $40 daycare fee will be charged. Dogs left for the entire day will also incur a $40 fee. This policy ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced and that the grooming schedule runs smoothly.
‼️Checks: if a check would bounce you will need to pay the bank charge of $35.00 plus a $30.00 fee for me as well! Checks get deposited same day or by Saturday morning at the end of the week!
‼️Weather : In the interest of safety, I strive to remain open during inclement weather. However, in the event of school delays or weather emergencies, the shop will be closed. All clients will be contacted to reschedule their appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

‼️ MATTING MATTING MATTING ‼️
Severe matting requires hours of work and dogs needing to be PRECLIPPED. This ruins my blades and an additional fee will be added for a new blade.
