I feel the need to address this so I’m going to make this quick short post.
I will be pausing with breeding for the time being. unfortunately I have come down with health issues and am having to travel from new York to Ohio for doctors. I need to prioritize myself.
On top of that we recently had a very sad case of fading kitten syndrome which was very hard on me mentally. I need to take a step back and re evaluate and give my ladies time to rest before they get re bred. which means when I do decide it’s time to breed again, there will be larger gaps between litters to give moms the proper time to re cooperate.
Another thing to keep in mind, I’m 20 years old and this was my 3rd litter, I’m still learning and taking as much advice from senior breeders as I can get! but also listening to our vet as well.
