🎉The big surprise is finally here, and while we were expecting an animal shelter and more dog runs, it's clear we're taking things one animal at a time. So, let's just say thank you and amen to that!🎉and no definitely not pregnant Right Fit Rescue

🎉 THUNDER IS FREE!!! 🐷😭 After 6 1/2 months of absolute hell, our sweet Thunder has OFFICIALLY been picked up by the amazing team with Roots Animal Sanctuary and is on his way to his FOREVER HOME! 🏡💖 Animal Sanctuary.

This gentle soul, who endured unimaginable cruelty, will now spend the rest of his days cherished, safe, and finally experiencing the love he so deserves. No more neglect, no more being trapped beside a block wall. Today, Thunder's new life begins, filled with delicious peanut butter, juicy grapes, real pig feed, and glorious mud rolls! 🥹

We can't even begin to express the relief and joy in our hearts. This incredible rescue was a true community effort, and every single person who shared, donated, and kept hope alive played a crucial role in this miracle. 🙏 Your crown awaits you, Thunder! ✨

We also want to sincerely apologize to anyone who was told Thunder was going to be euthanized. We are beyond grateful that the truth prevailed, and he is now on his way to a beautiful future. ❤️

URGENT: PROOF OF LIFE NEEDED FOR THUNDER!

URGENT COMMUNITY PLEA: We desperately need your help to locate a pig named Thunder.
Thunder was in the care of the City of Banning Animal Control. Our rescue, Animals of the Pass, was actively working to find him a safe placement. We were told by a representative named Nick that we had until September to find him a home.
Suddenly, we were told Thunder has been rehomed. However, we have received no details, no confirmation, and our contact, Nick, has ceased communication with us.
Our only concern is for Thunder's welfare. We are urgently seeking proof of life.
If you recently adopted a pig matching this description from Banning Animal Control, we are so happy for you and for Thunder! Please, we are simply asking for a photo or a quick message to confirm that he is safe. Your privacy will be 100% respected. We just need peace of mind.
Please share this post far and wide. The community is our only hope right now. If you have ANY information on Thunder's whereabouts, please contact Animals of the Pass immediately.

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Beaumont Women’s Club ❤️🐾

We had the absolute pleasure of attending the Beaumont Women’s Club Bunco event, and I’m still in awe of the generosity and kindness we experienced. Thank you, Mickie, and every single incredible lady of the club for making this happen — we are beyond grateful for what you pulled together and the impact you’ve made.

Walking in, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Walking out, I felt like we had spent the day with lifelong friends. From the moment we arrived, you wrapped us in warmth and welcome. The smiles, the conversations, the thoughtful questions, the genuine answers, and the amazing resources you shared — every bit of it touched our hearts.

I loved everything about the way you hold your meetings — the organization, the laughter, the way everyone is truly engaged. It created an atmosphere that was not only comfortable but inspiring.

You didn’t just host an event — you built a bridge of connection, compassion, and community. Your support means more than words can express, not only to us, but to the animals whose lives will be changed because of your generosity.
