This is what Sir Wigglebean wants.
Not much.
A soft couch.
A comfortable pillow.
Someone who thinks belly rubs are a perfectly reasonable use of an afternoon.
And maybe a few snacks.

This is Sir Wigglebean when he’s not busy being a professional toy thief.
He’s 4 years old, 69 pounds and has been waiting for his forever home since March 11. 172 days! How is that possible? Just Look at that face. How is this dog still waiting?
Let’s change that.

Breaking News: Local Man Refuses To Choose A Favorite Toy
Sir Wigglebean has apparently decided that having one toy is for amateurs.
His strategy?
Put every toy in his mouth at once.
Does he understand that this is physically impossible?
No. Does that stop him? Also no. 😂
This 69 pound, 4-year-old goofball has been waiting since March 11 for his forever family. 171 days of waiting, how is that possible?
He’s neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and only $0 to adopt since he is one of the longest term residents of the shelter.
Someone please give this man a toy box and a couch.

After much consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to fully close Jetta’s Mutts & Meows and will no longer be operating the rescue or outreach program in any capacity.

Effective immediately, on this day, August 28th, 2026, I will no longer be accepting new inquiries, intakes, requests for assistance or donations.

Remaining funds will be used for Ember’s follow-up care and to put together an adoption package for the lucky family who finally finds Mr. Wigglebean. Any funds remaining after those needs are met will be donated to Rescue Tails, SC to support the amazing work they have always done.

The page will remain open so Mr. Wigglebean’s dedicated foster can continue sharing the Bean and helping him find his forever family.

Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be closing our donation platforms as I’m able to get to them.

Thank you to everyone who supported Jetta’s Mutts & Meows and the animals we were able to help. I’m incredibly grateful for every person who stood beside me along the way.

Introducing Sir Wigglebean ❤️

165 days today.

That’s how long this big, goofy, 65+ pound boy has been waiting for someone to choose him.

And honestly? We don’t understand how he’s still waiting.

Sir Wigglebean is a 4-year-old neutered gentleman with a serious talent for making people smile. His favorite activities include carrying approximately every toy he can fit into his mouth at the same time, accepting delicious treats with impeccable manners, going for car rides, and finding the softest possible place to curl up for a nap.

He’s the kind of dog who can go from “LET’S PLAY!” to “please rub my belly while I take a nap” in about 30 seconds.

He’s also shown us that he’s quite the little gentleman out in the world. He walks nicely on leash, hops right into the car for adventures, and has enjoyed outings to local breweries where he handled himself beautifully.

And then there’s the smile.

That giant Wigglebean smile.

Sweet little boy, Ember, had his lip avulsion 💋surgery on Friday and is doing well despite hating life in the cone of shame.

His family has been going through some tough times so please send them love, thoughts, prayers, good vibes, or even a thank you in the comments to let them know how much their dedication allowed us to help another animal in need!
