Our Store Policies

We founded The Magic Gecko with one goal in mind: giving pet owners a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more.

Payment Policy:- The Magic Gecko accepts payment for leopard geckos through our website using secure payment methods, such as credit/debit cards or PayPal.- We also offer payment plans for customers who prefer to pay in installments. To set up a payment plan, a minimum deposit of 25% of the original price of the gecko is required. The remaining balance can be paid in agreed-upon installments, with the full payment due before the gecko is shipped.

Deposits and Holds:- Customers can place a deposit of at least 25% of the original price to hold a specific leopard gecko for a specified period. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another gecko or used towards the purchase of another gecko from The Magic Gecko.

Shipping Policy:- The Magic Gecko ships leopard geckos on Mondays through Wednesdays, weather permitting, to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the geckos.- Geckos are shipped in insulated packaging with heat or cold packs as needed to maintain optimal temperatures during transit.- If customers do not purchase through the website and require shipping, they must contact The Magic Gecko first to discuss shipping arrangements and payment.

Live Guarantee Policy:- The Magic Gecko offers a live arrival guarantee for all shipped geckos. In the rare event that a gecko arrives deceased or in poor health, customers must contact us immediately with photographic and video evidence within 3 HOURS of delivery.- All packages must be signed for at the door by an authorized person over the age of 18 years of age.- Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement gecko or a refund for the purchase price of the gecko. We prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our geckos and customers and aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly
