When working with reactivity, consistency, timely correction, and positive reinforcement is key.
Walks should be fun and stress free for both the dogs and the handler.
I'm so proud of these two! They did amazing today!

Never leave your pets in a hot car. Even with the windows cracked. Temperatures rise very quickly and can be fatal. New Jersey considers this animal cruelty, and is punishable by law, with fines up to 2k and jail time. If you see something, say something! Call your local police department immediately.

With the heat index hitting well over 100 degrees, taking these simple steps can help keep your dogs safe.

Early morning and evening walks are safest.
Offer fresh cool water on walks and at home.
Keep walks short and in shady areas.
Play indoors.
Feed pets at least one hour before or after walks, to prevent stomach upset.
