Caesar was dropped off this morning for his neuter and will be available for his forever home after today!

Caesar is a handsome 1-year-old kitty with a charming case of “the wobbles” that doesn’t slow him down one bit! He’s fully mobile, litter box trained, dog-friendly, and cat-tolerant. Caesar is a sweet, affectionate guy who loves attention, can be a little vocal, and enjoys being by your side. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will keep you company and make you smile, Caesar is your guy! He is being fostered in Bangs, TX.

Sweet Blue is dreaming of his forever home, could that be with you? 🥺 Blue has been with our rescue for over a year and we haven’t given up on finding his forever family! This big boy is crate and potty trained and does well with other dogs after proper introductions, but would also thrive as an only pet. He is being fostered in the Burleson, TX area and is available for meet and greets! He is up to datete on all of his vettingg, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

🚨‼️🚨VOLUNTEER NEEDED! 🚨‼️🚨 two of our volunteers had to drop out of this WEDNESDAY 8/13 for our TCAP run. We gotta get these babies altered so we need someone who can drive them to weatherford and back in our shelter van! This is a tough job we won’t lie, you’ll need to meet us at the shelter at 5am, we’ll load up animals with you, you’ll leave before 6am and be back at the shelter by 5pm or earlier. We need y’all let us know if you can help! We will also need someone for 8/19 as well. Send us a message if you’re interested!

🚨FOSTER/RESCUE NEEDED RISING STAR, TEXAS🚨

We received a plea for help:

“there were just 6 pit/sh*tzhu (5? weeks old) left behind when someone went to jail. The momma was rehomed but the lady that took them in is nearly blind and on disability for her eyesight. Is there ANYTHING?? 🙏 I helped her give their first shots this afternoon. 😓”

🚨TRANSPORT VOLUNTEER(S) NEEDED🚨

We are setting our traps for our first TNR trip tonight and still need 1-2 volunteers to transport from Bangs, TX to Weatherford TX in the am (pickup from headquarters around 6am) and reverse trip for 3pm.

We held our first volunteer/caretaker onboarding call this evening and have our first transport scheduled for feral fixes this Thursday!

Plans are in motion and we are excited to see what we can do in Brown County with the help of the community.
