We are so excited to announce that we finally finished the new sheep pasture this weekend! It's on the west side of the property, next to the goats where the sheep can enjoy sunsets over looking the neighbor's crop field. They don't have to share their space with the donkeys and miniature horses anymore. We've been letting the grasses grow all summer so the sheep would have a lush new pasture. This project has been on our list for over a year. With much anticipation, we moved them over yesterday, and naturally, they HATED it!

Seriously! They fought us the entire walk across the property and then huddled in the corner, pouting and staring back at their old pasture. Yes, we know they will warm up to it, but it was not exactly the response we were looking for 😂. I guess they fall into the creatures-of-habit category.

On a serious note, we'd like to thank Ron (and friends) Bob, Ethan, Taylor, Ella and Charlie for their help in making this vision a reality and Kris and Karla for providing the funding!
