Well we received news that our case was dropped, they claimed they didn't find evidence of neglect. We had sent them enough evidence to seal the deal but it looks to me that they didn't even look at it, I have my doubts they even investigated. So much for the system, Rocky was killed because of the greed of the vet.

Still here and still Miss Rocky, every day when I walk past the orchards I think of her and how much she loved to run there. It's sad to think how her life was taken because of incompetence but I can't get justice for her, I never wanted money, I wanted the Vet to be fined and or have her license revoked.

More time has passed, maybe the covid took away our chance for Rocky to get justice, I will never forget her, her picture pop's up on memories from time to time and I just shake my head that a Vet would lie and operate because of greed, such a shame

Most Anniversaries are Happy times. Happy memories. This unfortunately is not one of those times. One year since the senseless death of Rocky due to gross negligence in the care of a veterinarian. Where is the justice? We are still waiting for the inquiry results a year later? yet this vet is still practicing.. who knows how many more dogs will suffer under her care or worse DIE. We need to put pressure on the board to reveal their findings at least so we can proceed accordingly. I am sorry for Rocky's family that is mourning the loss a year later and always will because it didn't have to happen. She didn't have to die. :(

Something I would like to add this morning is that through out my e mails with the Vet hospital I never got mad, was never rude, all I wanted was an apology and my money back but never got any apology, instead the vet blamed the other doctor and then blamed us and when I stopped playing their game and stopped communicating with them they sent most of my money and told me to never bring an animal to them again. I t was always about money with them, they didn't care one little bit about Rocky or making a mistake which took her life.

I have the feeling this virus has hurt Rocky chance at justice but even if it does it hasn't changes anything for me, she was a victim of the all mighty dollar by the Veterinarian, she deserved better.

Molly and Rocky they were best friends, after Rocky died Molly would run to the truck looking for her when I would come home from the store and then one day she ran to the truck , looked inside and you could tell she knew Rocky wasn't ever coming home, after that day she stopped looking.
