As many of you may or may not know. I went down to help with the floods of Kerrville this past weekend, and despite the devastation and sadness that came with searching for bodies cleaning up pieces of peoples lives, I can truly say the people from Texas and everyone else that came from outside to assist in this horrific disaster, really have shown the proof of the ability of us as a country to come together and show the world what uniting under circumstances like this can prove. It shows the heart, the integrity, the emotional grit of us as compassionate humans coming together to achieve small successes despite massive tragedy.
And where there is so much sadness, there is closure, but there is also hope. This post is exactly that.
Over a week after the deluge of water ripped through the area (and I can't even explain the magnitude of that on its own... one I will NEVER forget...), we found a beacon of hope. This boy was found ALIVE and was beyond thrilled to be reunited with his family ❤️❤️

Truly incredible 🙏
Keep sending prayers and good thoughts Texas's way.... there are so many more unaccounted for... the search continues 😞 👼
