This isn't the post I wanted to make, but we just got back from the vet where Piper peacefully crossed over her bridge. She was the weakest of the group from the beginning but I was really really hoping for a miracle. We didn't crate her on the way, my oldest daughter held her, loved her and pet her the entire way. We talked to her while waiting to be seen and told her how dearly she was loved.

Rest sweetly dear Piper and know we never forget the ones who leave us too soon 💜 we will talk about you for years to come.

My son bought me a beautiful foxglove that I plan to put in the ground today or tomorrow and she will rest underneath of it. Forever blooming beautifully. 💜

Piper could use all the positive thoughts and vibes her way. The next 12 hours will determine if she will pull though or not 😭 I promise I am doing everything in my power to bring her out of this. She WANTS to fight. She IS fighting. So we are fighting with her. 💜

Debbie will be taking in these 5 little beauties on the morning. She also has 3 other fosters babies just a few weeks older than these ones. So tiny!!!!! She has quite a few coming in so please consider visiting her personal page and donating to her go fund me to help with costs as well! Her heart is so massive but summer break cuts her income quite a bit and she could use any help she can get!

I was quite surprised to see two of these almost solid orange ones are female!!! Normally solid gingies are males. I have now seen 3 females this year and it's crazy to me! So rare in my opinion!

These goofy kittens! Ris the season however. All these weather ups and downs, they woke up with colds 😭 little puffy eyes and aneezes all around! So extra boosts of calories, hydration and protein! Eye meds all around. It's likely a vet visit is in our future this week 😅 however I am hoping they will fight it off on their own and build those little immune systems! They were having fun playing in wrapping paper and then took quite the nap in it while I was working outside in the yard. 💜

These kittens are truly so snuggly and loving. The moment you sit down you'll feel a little fluff on your leg and up they come to plop on your neck or arm or lap for cuddles and a nap! Lol a litter this large there were the biggie kittens who are about normal size for their age. In fact they are almost reaching 2 lbs! However about 5 of them are quite runty and have only just hit 1 lb or just under. So I'm hoping the extra calories and protein boost will assist in their weight gain as well! Poor sweet little things!

As always any and all donations for these sweet things are so happily appreciated! Between food, milk, and medication costs it can add up 😅 especially with a litter of 9! But those precious little faces are SOOOO sweet.

How sweet is little Holly?! She is such a cuddle bug and playful too.

Good evening! I wanted to hop on and do a run down of our current process! We have had to change things as of late due to availability with spay/neutering and cost changes. I will happily send updates on any and all fosters to their upcoming owners anytime!

We have to go through different organizations now for spay/neuter now. Due to this change the cost to adopt will be $150.00. that will include their spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, feline distemper vaccine and feline leukemia vaccine.

They have to be 3lbs to receive the rabies vaccine and we prefer them to be 3 lbs to be spayed/neutered. I'm also a huge fan of bonding with your pet! Since that is the case we have two ways we do it!

First way is I schedule everything and it will all be under my name. I will take them to their appointment/pick up and let them heal up! Then when you receive your new furry family member you pay the adoption fee! You will receive all paperwork for them, it would just be in my name.

Second way is a prepay method. When they are ready, you have the option to pay the $150 adoption fee and I will schedule their appointment under YOUR information. The only thing that would be under me is the email address so I receive reminders of the appointment and any changes. Then they can go home with you, you would just need to take them/pick up for their appointment. In this circumstance we could also add a microchip option for an additional 11$.

This method allows time to bond with your new little buddy but also ensures us that you will in fact take them to the appointment and they will be fixed.

We do not allow any of our fosters to not be fixed! We have so many fosters bc of cats not being spayed/neutered so we do our utmost to prevent any future oops! Lol

I do understand $150.00 can seem a bit much at times however please understand we are not getting a single penny back in this fee. This fee solely covers the cost of them being fixed/vaccines. Any vet, food, litter, toys ECT cost all come from generous donations and our own pockets. So while I do understand not everyone is in the position for that cost, it's unfortunately not something we can change. We already spend so much to help as much as we can with the fosters, we can't just hand them out. They become like our own little babies and family. We just want what's best for them ❤️
