One of the many behaviors we like to work on in our board and train program at Craven K9 is threshold disiipline. These two put on a master class. No matter how excited or hyper we got in the yard they were not coming through that door until I said okay.

One commonality I see with pet owners is many times they don’t realize they’re unintentionally reinforcing bad behaviors. Often times simply ignoring the behavior will reduce or extinct it. Other times a correction is needed. Regardless it’s important to look at how we react to our dog.
