Covey Run Eventing Located in the heart of the Chesire Hunt Country, a top notch horse and riding training facility. Covey Run Eventing is a is a brick and mortar entity.

Covey Run offers boarding and training services for people interested in joining our program! Our setting offers extensive possibilities for fitness training, dressage, cross country, jump schooling and relaxing hacks. Training programs are tailored for each individual horse and owner's goals. We offer training starting with fundamentals

Our facility boasts an updated bank barn with hot and cold

wash stall and a spacious tack room. The large arena with a full jump course and dressage arena gives horses of any level plenty of options to school. There are miles of great hacking and fitness land right out our back door. Our training program encourages strong owner participation that is tailored to each individual situation. Let Carrie Butler guide you to success, while building confidence. Her patience, compassion and experience coupled with traditional basics will guarantee that you meet all of your riding goals. Hi!! We are in search of some weekend help!! This position doesn’t include mucking. Mainly bring in / out… checking shoes … changing rugs and feeding. Could be in exchange for board discount or paid position. Must be reliable !

Bento260 Bacchus a stunning 2014 Hanovarian gelding standing at 17.0h ( Belissimo M x Warkant X Arogno) is proudly offered for your consideration. He is a lovely horse with three quality, comfortable gaits and a great work ethic. He has shown successfully through second level with recognized scores 64+. He has shown with an AA and a Jr rider.
In 2022 he placed 6th in the All Breeds year end awards at first level, scoring 10’s in his marks. He is currently schooling third level with a confirmed single change. He is a joy to ride and train. Beau is up hill in his way of going and light. He is not spooky or spicy, but a nicely forward thinking horse who makes good decisions. He has a great hind leg and shows ability to move up the levels. Beau is a pleasure to take off property. He remains the same horse as he is at home. He is very well suited for an amateur or young rider in a program who wants a talented pleasant horse to move up the levels! He certainly has enough talent for a young pro to develop. Knight Smoke (More Smoke - Romantic book) 16h Gelding

Smoke is a been there, done that model and a total dude with great character. He has competed in local horse trials and done jumpers at WEC Ohio. He loves to jump and has tons of scope. He is easy to see a distance from.

Smoke is brave and a blast to ride cross country, over ditches ,up banks, and through water - he is your guy!

He is beautiful on the flat. Soft and easy in the bridle and has three lovely gaits. He has great feet and is very sound. Low miles for his age (2010), and has much to offer his rider.

Smoke would easily go training and modified in a good program. He clips, loads and hacks and is great off property. This horse would be wonderful for a good riding kid or AA.

Such a beautiful day for a ride. Ann Bradley and Mack, Groff and Harvey, Krista Reeser and Tegan and Lily Kratz and Fish spent the day at Hunt Pony Club Paperchase. Covey Run has such a great group of riders that are genuinely nice and so supportive of each other. This is just one of the events that some of them participated in!
