We got some chicks starting to hatch.

Our next round of chicks is here, and they’ll be ready to go home as soon as tomorrow (Wednesday)! We only have 12 available, and they’ll go to approved homes on a first come basis.

These little ones are straight run barnyard mix chicks, and they come from a colorful, hearty blend of some of our favorite homestead birds.

🌿 Parent breeds:
Hens: Rhode Island Red, Black S*x Link, California White, Barred Rock, Lavender Orpington, Lavender Orpington/Cochin Mix, Copper Maran Mix
Roosters: Lavender Orpington, Black Australorp, Buff Orpington/Easter Egger Mix

🐣 It’s Hatching Time Again! 🐣

Our next batch of chicks is hatching right now and will be available for sale as soon as Wednesday! If you’ve been thinking about raising your own backyard flock, now’s your chance.

These chicks are barnyard mix and straight run, hatched from a wonderful variety of healthy, productive laying hens.

✨ As of now, we have 8 chicks and expect more to hatch overnight into tomorrow!

Our last little Red-Eyed White Tamuk Buck hopped off to his new home this evening. Thanks Garrett Jarvis

🐇It’s always a little bittersweet watching them go, but knowing he’ll be part of helping another family raise their own sustainable food makes it all worthwhile. We’re grateful to play even a small part in that journey.

★ Available Tamuk Bunnies ★

Beginning tomorrow, May 15th, we will have :
4 Red-Eyed White (REW) Tamuk Doe Bunnies available.
They are $30 each, and will be offered to approved homes on a first-come, first-served basis.

All other Tamuk bunnies from our current litters have already been claimed and are scheduled for pickup on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. If any of those pickups happen to fall through, we’ll update our page and make those bunnies available to approved homes as well.

Looking ahead, if all goes smoothly, our next two litters will be ready for new homes around June 15th and June 22nd. Over the coming weeks, we’ll begin sexing the kits and will start a list for those interested in specific colors or genders.

We’re grateful for your continued support and for the care you put into giving these bunnies purposeful, loving homes—whether as pets or as additions to a sustainable homestead.

Majority of the items on it currently are geared towards our Rabbitry as we are needing to start replacing water bottles and could use some nesting boxes. We went with stainless steel nesting boxes to give our bun mom's a little more space and for cleanliness and sanitization purposes. Some of the items on it are just treats and toys to help spoil the buns but loved all the same! Thanks helping to support our homestead. ❤️ We appreciate you!

Several of our Tamuk bunnies will be 8 weeks old as of tomorrow. If you previously expressed interest in a specific color or gender, please finalize your pickup arrangements by 12:00 PM today for pickup on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

Any bunnies without confirmed pickup plans by the deadline will be made available to approved homes on a first-come, first-served basis.
